Biography:
Lebogang has been involved in the National Skills Fund that is administered by the Department of Higher Education and Training. The National Skills Fund involved a lot of deliverables;
- Placing of students at workplaces for Internships
- Ensuring the provision of learnerships for unemployed youth
- Upgrading of College workshops for students to be able to do the practical component of their studies
- Staff capacity where we train the College staff on different short courses in line with their Performance Development Plan (PDP),
- Receiving of funding proposals from non-governmental organisations (NGO’s), Cooperatives, shortlisting and selecting those that can be assisted
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Project Management
Work experience:

2008-2017- Unit Coordinator at South African Social Security Agency (SASSA)

2018-2020- Assistant Director-Projects for National Skills Fund at Taletso TVET College
