He is South Africa\u2019s official delegate to the CLARIN General Assembly, where SADiLaR has been accepted as the only non-European country in the EU consortium. His appointment to SADiLaR is focused on assessing research and development projects within SADiLaR and the CLARIN network, potentially leading to wider cooperation with South African academics working in the same fields.
